Henry Predico

Henry N. "Hank" Predico, 85, passed away on a beautiful sunny day on Jan. 28, 2018 after a short battle with cancer.

He was born Jan 14th, 1933 in Munroe Falls, OH. Henry was a lifelong resident of the area and proud of the fact that his family's previous land and home are now the place of the Munroe Falls Veterans Memorial and Museum. Henry retired from Eclat Rubber in Cuyahoga Falls after 27 years. He loved cars and was an avid gardener and always had beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. He was affectionately known by his neighborhood friends as the "Mayor", and his grandson, Jordan always referred to him as "Candy Grandpa". Henry enjoyed feeding the squirrels, birds and stray cats. Special thanks to his caregivers, Donna and Vickie and the Hospice Staff, Meg, Anna, Stephanie and Dee.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores; son, John; and grandson, Trent. He is survived by children, Sandy, Steve (Meri), Rico, Dino (Lori), Angel (Jamie), Dianna (Jason), Lisa and Loretta; 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday January 31, 2018 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221.Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Interment will be at Stow Cemetery. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
