Jane Tarney

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Jane E. Tarney, 92, passed away peacefully March 9, 2014. Mrs. Tarney was born in Akron and has resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. She was a member of Pilgrim United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed; parents, Morris and Ethel Shoemaker and brothers, Walt, Milt and Ray Shoemaker and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Liz of Mt. Vernon; grandsons, Joe Tarney of Cuyahoga Falls and John Tarney USAF of Boling Air Force Base Washington D.C. and great-grandchildren, Dylan, Kaia, Easton; and loving nieces and nephews and great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Friends may call 1 hour prior to a 1 PM funeral service on Friday, March 14, 2014 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, Rev. Kirk Bruce officiating.
