Laverne Ott

Laverne Ott, 79, passed away May 16, 2015 in Bonita Springs, FL where she resided after moving there from Akron, OH. She was born in Westover, PA and worked as a secretary for Home Centers and was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by sisters, Pauline, Marge, Doreen and two brothers, Vincent and George; she is survived by her husband of 54 years, William; her sons, William Jr. (Mary Beth), Michael Sr. (Cheryl); daughter, Wendy (Paul) Bisel; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brothers, Don and John Horten; brother-in-law, Jim (Nora) Ott and sisters-in-law, Adelyn (Mark)Thomas and Gerilyn Johnston.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Friday, May 22 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls where a funeral service will be held Saturday, May 23 at 10:30 am with Father Thomas McCann officiating.
