Leland Shafer

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Leland S. Shafer, 90, passed away September 25, 2012. He was born in Pennsylvania and resided in Cuyahoga Falls, serving in the Army in WWII, and was the owner of Akron Cash Register and Typewriter. He was a life member of the American Legion Post 281.
Preceded in death by sister, Betty McCrory. Survived by wife, Rita; children, Karen, Kenneth (Beverly), James (Sheryl), Judy (David) Bills; sister, Eleen Sanders; brother, Francis; and grandchildren.
