Preceded in death by her parents, James and Joyce Skelton; husbands, George M. Cochran and Michael Balzer; brother, Christopher Skelton; she is survived by her children, Janna (William) Corfman, Cecilia (Adam) Marquette, Galela Doble, Louis Cochran, Joseph (Samantha) Cochran and Anthony (Lisa) Cochran; 16 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Anthony Skelton; and sister-in-law, Ann Skelton.
The family will be having private services. Inurnment will be at Tahlequah Cemetery in Tahlequah, OK. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
