Robert Benedict

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Robert Benedict, 93, passed away May 17, 2015. He was born in Cleveland and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 55 years. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII, going on to retire from General Motors after 30 years of service. Robert was a member of the First United Methodist Church and enjoyed golfing.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ruth; sister, Barbara Reinke. He is survived by his wife, Janet of 67 years; children, Patty (Jim) Schick, Susan (Eric) Camulli and Bill; grandchildren, Paula (Rob) Ramer, Hanna Camulli; great-grandson, Evan Ramer; step-grandchildren Greg and Chris Schick.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Bath Creek Estates, Tridia Hospice and Dr. Atul Goswami.

Cremation has taken place and the family will be having private services. Inurnment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
