Betty Jean Ziak

Betty J. Ziak, 81, passed away June 10, 2026. She was born in Coshocton, OH to the late James and Geneieve Barnett. She was a proud retiree of GOJO Industries. She was an avid cross stitcher, winning many awards for her art. She enjoyed her card club, and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, John; and brother, Mick Barnett.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Diehl, Thomas (Yvonne) Ziak and Kimberly Ziak and grandchildren, Matthew Diehl, Sydney (Robert) Goode and Zavier Ziak; brothers, Elmer and Jack (Sharon) Barnett, sister, Judy (Matt) Castro and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to gather for a graveside service on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Northlawn Memorial Gardens, 4724 State Road, Peninsula, Ohio 44264.
