Brandon Kapes

Stow- Brandon J. Kapes, 41, died unexpectedly Dec. 2, 2013. Brandon was born in Akron, lived in Cuyahoga Falls most of his life graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1991 and lived in Stow the past 3 years. He had worked in sales for R. S. G. Exteriors and had served with the U. S. Navy. He loved sports and dogs and was an avid Browns fan.

Preceded in death by his mother, Paula Kapes, he is survived by his wife, Summer, for the remainder of time; daughter, Courtney Lombardo, grandmother, Mary Snyder; brothers, Jamie Kapes of Akron and Pete Kapes of Cuyahoga Falls; several aunts, uncles and cousins and amazing friends too many to list; niece, Ashton Cozart of Tallmadge and Brandon's extended children, Buddy, Mattie and Bentley.

The family will greet friends from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, Dec. 6 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 am Sat. Dec. 7. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Rd. Twinsburg, OH 44087.
