Carla Adell Curley

Carla Adell Curley, 82, passed away on June 15, 2025. She was a graduate from Cuyahoga Falls High School. Carla married the love of her life James in December 27, 1961. Being dedicated to her family and community were very important to Carla. She enjoyed knitting slippers and blankets for everyone that she loved. She served in the women’s auxiliary of the American Legion Post 281 as chaplain for many years. Carla also enjoyed playing cards with her friends. Gardening was a passion of Carlas, she collected many orchids and had a very green thumb, and she loved her dog Rags very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years James Curley; parents, Carlos and Juneadell Kesler and brother William Kesler.

Carla will be missed by her daughter, Tammy Curley; son, Michael (Barb) Curley; grandchildren, Eric Curley and Erin (Jesse) Paris; and many other family and friends.

There will be a memorial visitation at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, on June 20, 2025, at 10am to 11am, with a memorial service to follow at 11am.
