Donald Eugene Pugh

Donald Eugene Pugh, 95, passed away on August 2, 2025. He was born on December 2, 1930, in Ravenna, Ohio.

After graduating high school, Don proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. Following his service, he returned to the Akron area, where he met the love of his life, Margie Ann. They were married for 53 years and made their home in Cuyahoga Falls.

Don worked as an accountant for Toth Buick and enjoyed gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. For the last eight years of his life, he was cared for at Bath Creek Estates, with special thanks to the dedicated nurses, aides, and Summa Hospice team who supported him with kindness and compassion.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margie Ann; sons, Gregory Pugh Williams and Harry "Buzz" Williams; parents, Frank and Hazel Pugh; and siblings, Dorothy Kasch, Marjorie Tudor, Thomas Pugh, Robert Pugh, Betty Blineberry, and Paul Pugh.

He is survived by his niece, Judith (Judy) Watkins; daughter-in-law, Sara (Greg) Williams; son, Russell D. Williams; grandchildren, Michelle, Brent, Hunter, and Holly; great-grandchildren, Katlynn, Anthony, Aidan, Novaleigh; and great-great-grandchild, Rowan. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
