Elizabeth Shepard

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Elizabeth L. Shepard (nee Johnston), 79, passed away suddenly with family by her side on January 5, 2006.
Mrs. Shepard was born in Neffs, Ohio and was a lifelong resident of Cuyahoga Falls. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Charles Faust Post 281 and the Polish American Club. She retired from Lamb Electric, was an avid painter and will be sadly missed.
Preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Donald P. Shepard, daughter Donna Schimp (nee Shepard) and son-in-law Gerald Suffolk; she is survived by sons, Michael (Rosie) Johnston and D. Peter Shepard; daughters, Joan Suffolk, Susan (Kenneth) Gibson, Judy (Anthony) Cipollone; son-in-law, Ray Schimp; grandchildren, Vicky (Rob) Gillmor, Marlo (James) Nighman, Michael (Dawn) Johnston, Nicole (Jerry) Smith, David (Melissa) Johnston, Steven (Danielle) Suffolk, Shannon (Matthew) Davidson, Kevin Johnston, Tara Gibson, Heather Gibson; 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren on the way.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, where a funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Pastor Mike Bynum officiating. Friends may also call from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of service. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
