Elizabeth Ann Bliss

Elizabeth Ann Bliss, 77, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away unexpectedly May 2, 2020.

She was born in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Hruska.  Elizabeth Ann, or Betty Ann, as she was best known, attended Trinity High School, earned her diplomas at night school, and was a stay-at-home mom until going to work for the State of Ohio as a Medical Records Transcriptionist in 1978, retiring after 30 years.  Betty Ann was a former member of Red Hats and she enjoyed crocheting, painting, carousel horses, collectible teapots and snowmen and loved Christmas.

She will be dearly missed by her husband, Robert L. Bliss and their fur baby, Teddy; children, Michael C. (Sandra) Vydra, Paul Vydra, Sean A. Vydra, and Danette M. (Zachariah) Hinson; grandchildren, Michael C. and Matthew C. Vydra, Nicholas A. and Samuel J. Painter; brother, William "Bill" Hruska; niece, Megan Hruska; nephew, Christopher (Susie) Hruska; great-nieces, Chelsea and Madison Hruska; great-nephew, Jacob Hruska; and many extended family members and friends.

At this time, no services will be held and cremation will take place.  Arrangements entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
