Floredda Wagner

Floredda Hope Wagner (Craig), On June 2, 2021 at age 83, peacefully joined her Lord and Savior while surrounded by her loving family.
Floredda's life began in Canton, Ohio on August 21, 1937 to parents Florence and Edward Craig and sisters Dolly and Dorothea.
Raised in rural North Industry, Floredda loved farming, gardening, and farm animals, especially horses. Guided by the loving hands of her mother, father, and sisters, she grew in her faith at Peace Lutheran Church and graduated from Canton South in 1955. She attended Secretarial School and worked as secretary at St. Jacob's Lutheran Church and the Migrant Health Center in Hartville. Upon marriage to Rev. Robert Wagner she became active in the ministry of the United Methodist Church of the East Ohio Conference and served as a pillar within the church community.
Floredda's greatest joys in life were realized through her blessings as a mother. With unwavering faith, graceful devotion, and limitless love, she raised her children to follow in her footsteps of selfless service both to Christ and to their own families and communities.
Floredda compassionately served the patients and families at Fallsview Psychiatric Hospital for 30 years as Administrative Assistant. A cancer survivor, she chose to increasingly use her middle name "Hope" as a symbol of her belief in the goodness and grace of life. She and her family supported the American Cancer Society through Relay for Life in Cuyahoga Falls for many years.
Preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert Wagner; parents, Edward and Florence Craig; sister, Dorothea Motter; and son-in-law, Gary Ciulla.
She is survived by her sister, Dolly Cairns; son, Daniel (Julie) Werstler; daughters, Lori Ciulla (Dave Glover), Amy (Lee) Snyder, Wendy (Keith) Gillespie, Jeni (Brooke) Wilson; step-son, David (Nancy) Wagner; and the grandchildren in which she delighted, Matthew (Sara), Joseph (Irene), Timothy (Melissa) Snyder; Lindsay, Nicholas (Siobhan), Vincent (Ally), Jacob (Tess) Ciulla; Mackenzie & Samantha Wilson; JJ Gillespie; Jeremiah & Jacinda Werstler, Brian Wagner; and great-grandchildren Ryan, Alyx, Emily, Addisyn, Maddox & Mason, Hunter & Olivia Snyder; Oliver, Ace & Emilia Ciulla; as well as many dear extended family members. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
Floredda's legacy of Hope will continue to be honored through her family, friends, and the many lives she touched throughout her joyous and gracious life.
Following her wishes, Floredda's body will continue to teach others through medical research and education at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
