Georgia Asher

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Georgia Louise Asher, nee McAdams, 85, passed away September 14, 2005. She was born in Carroll County, GA and was a resident of this area most of her life. She graduated from Garfield High School and Hammel Business College. She was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church and a volunteer at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital.
Preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Turah McAdams; and sister, Alleene Katzenmeyer; she is survived by her husband of 62 years, Edward; daughter, Linda Faura, both of Cuyahoga Falls; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Vickie of Dublin, OH; and grandchildren Erik, Eileen and Kathryn of Dublin, OH.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. David Herron officiating. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church, 104 West Portage Trail Ext., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
