Harry C. Gless

SILVER LAKE- Harry C. Gless, born September 5, 1931 at Brady Lake, OH in his grandmother’s cabin and resided in his beloved Silver Lake. He was a 1949 graduate of Ravenna High School. Harry was a Korean war veteran serving with the Paratroopers of the 82^nd Airborne going on to retire from Chrysler in 2005.

Preceded in death by his granddaughter, Dottie; daughter, Carole Ann; wife, Dorothy Jean; brother, Paul and sister, Alice Gless Kandes; he is survived by his sons, Harry “Ron” Gless of Stow; John S. (Virginia) Gless of Suffield; daughter, Lori Sue Myers of Copalis Beach, WA; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Daniel (Vicki) Gless of Ravenna; sister, Glenda (David) Luplow of CO and his caretaker Joanne.

Cremation has taken place. A committal service will be held at 1:15 PM on Tuesday March 7, 2023 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
