Joyce Howard

Joyce Howard, 81, passed away at home on November 12, 2021, surrounded by family. She was born in Akron to the late Clyde and Katie Bowen. She resided in the Akron area for most of her life. She was most recently employed by Time Warner Cable.

Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Jeannine Genovese and brother Wayne Bowen.

She will be missed by her closest daughter Angela Troche; 3 sons, Jon, Michael, and Edward Howard; closest grandchildren, Paul and Joshua Bailey, 12 other grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial visitation on Saturday December 4, 2021, at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221, from 10am-11am. Immediately following the visitation there will be a memorial service.
