Juanita Ann Slovisky

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Juanita Ann Slovisky, 102, passed away December 4, 2022. She was born in Swanton, OH to the late Lloyd and Ruth Curtis and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 75 years. She was a member of the Polish American Club Women’s Auxiliary, and the Lady Elks. Juanita “Nana” was a wonderful wife, mother, and Nana. She enjoyed casino slots and loved playing cards with her family and friends. Juanita maintained her witty sense of humor and lived independently until the age of 102.

Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; grandchildren, Kelly and Kyle Slovisky and daughter-in-law, Penny Slovisky; she is survived by her children, Tim (Margaret), Gary (Elaine), Lynn (Mark) Noonan, Janet (Doug) Zanko; grandchildren, Jodi (David) Doney, Kristi (Mark) Kreiger, Lisa Noonan, Julie (Paul) Rottman, Sean (Letty) Slovisky, Megan, Brendan and Kaitlin Slovisky; step grandchildren,  Rob (Danielle) and Sarah Zanko; greatgrandchildren, David and Justin Doney, Madison (Chandler) Holmes, Sofia Sonnycalf, Alex Rottman, Sara and Sofia Slovisky; step greatgrandchildren, Robby and Dakota Zanko; great-great-granddaughter, Layla Rose Holmes.    

Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Friday December 9, 2022 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. A private family service will be held on Saturday.
