Karen Sue Pollitt

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Karen Sue Pollitt, 75, passed away November 9, 2022. She was born in Barberton and lived most her life in the Cuyahoga Falls area, graduating from Falls High in 1964. Karen retired from the City of Cuyahoga Falls Street Dept. She enjoyed spending time with her family and most of all her grandchildren. 

Preceded in death by her parents, August and Evelyn Guedras; husband, Carl “Skip” and sister, Beverly Jean Fischer; She is survived by her children, Martin (Sylvia) Geul, Tina (Scott) Flinn and Matthew (Andrea) Geul; stepson, Jeffrey (Tara) Pollitt; grandchildren, Nicole, Westley, Joseph, Parker and Bailey; greatgrandchildren, Elleanna, Rutledge and Henderson; sisters, Carol Crowe, Shirley Secrist and Linda Hoskin.

Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to a 12 PM funeral service on Monday November 14, 2022 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Interment will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Haven of Rest 175 E Market St. Akron, OH 44308.
