Lexis DeRita

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Baby Lexis Journey DeRita died October 31, 2015.

Preceded in death by her grandmother, Juliette DeRita and great-grandfather, Eugene DeRita, she is survived by her parents, Chris R. DeRita and Kristen A. Lee; brother, Dominic DeRita; sister, Jersey-Rae DeRita; grandparents, Thomas and Andrea Lee and Paul DeRita; great-grandparents, Elizabeth Dean, Thomas (Pam) Werstler, Elsie DeRita, Deb VanMeter and Thomas Lee Sr. and aunt and uncles, Jesse Lee, Lisa DeRita and Justin DeRita and great-uncle, Mark Werstler and other extended family and friends.

The family will greet friends from 2:00 to 3:00 Wednesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls. A graveside service will follow immediately in Chestnut Hill Memorial Park with Father Neil Crosby officiating. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the family C/O the funeral home.
