Mary Curtis

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Mary E. Curtis, 95, died November 28, 2018.

She was born in Akron, Ohio, November 10, 1923 and graduated from Central High School in 1941. She retired from Goodyear and continued working as an organist at East Market Christian Church, where she was a member and then at Mogadore Methodist, and retired from St. Mark’s Lutheran Church of Tallmadge at the age of 90. She was currently a member of Bailey Rd. Christian Church.

Mary was preceded in death by son, Martin L. Curtis; survived by daughter Carolyn Curtis, son Lonnie F. Curtis (Sophie), daughter-in-law Diana Curtis; grandchildren Bill, Marty, Paul, Dan, Tim, Sara, and Alex and many great-grandchildren.

Per Mary’s instructions there will be no services cremation has taken place.Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
