Maxine Zimmerman

Barberton - Maxine Zimmerman, 69, passed away peacefully February 17, 2005. Born in Bremen, KY, Mrs. Zimmerman lived in Barberton for the past 6 years moving there from Stow. She loved her grandchildren, was a member of the Stow Alliance Fellowship Church and was retired from Indian Trails School where she was employed as a Cafeteria Manager.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Carl; daughters, Debbie Bechler of Akron, Denise (Bob) Jett of Peninsula and Carla (Mike) Simpson of Tallmadge; grandchildren, Shanna and Sabrina Bechler, Luke and Jesse Jett and Kevin and Daniel Simpson; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Teddy; brother, Tom Vincent of South Carolina; and aunt, Irene Scullion of Barberton.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls where a memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 pm Monday, Rev. Jim Stettler officiating. Final Resting Place Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
