Nelda Gregory

Nelda C. Gregory, of Akron, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 17, 2020 at the age of 83.

Nelda was born  in Akron, Ohio on August 3, 1937, daughter of John and Jean Staton.  She lived a Christian life, loved to crochet, do word puzzles, sing and dance, and she loved her grandchildren more than anything.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Gilbert Gregory, and brothers Jack and Charles Staton.

Nelda is survived by her son Steven (Mary) Schenault and their children, Steven (Bria) and Austin Schenault, and a great-granddaughter on the way.  She had two other sons Kenneth and David Schenault and additional grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed.

The family extends sincere thanks to Dr. Thomas Breen, and Community Caregivers for taking care of her over the years.  Mary will dearly miss her "Angel".

Private memorial service will be held by her immediate family.  Fly with the Angels mom...
