Nickolas Anthony Siegferth

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Nickolas Anthony Siegferth, 23, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2022.  He attended Cuyahoga Falls High School and graduated in 2017, where he played football and basketball.  He was a talented athlete who excelled at everything he put his mind to.  He was currently pursuing his dream of enlisting in the U.S. Army and only weeks away from boot camp.

Nick was a bundle of energy and had a knack for humor.  He was always the life of the party, whether it was living with his college buddies at Ohio University, working with his friends at Swenson’s, or just hanging out with his family at home.  He loved spending time watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and enjoyed the weekly family football wager.  He treasured time with his siblings and often you could find him playing games with them. 

Nickolas was preceded in death by his father Scot A. Siegferth, grandmother Susan M. Siegferth, and grandfather George A. Siegferth.

Nickolas will be deeply missed by his mother Jennifer L. Watson, stepfather Michael A. Watson, sisters Julia A. Siegferth, Olivia M. Watson, Amelia Q. Watson, and brother William (Liam) W. Watson.  He is also survived by his grandparents Lawrence and Cherie Uber, Karen Uber and James Sanzone, William and Dr. Ruth Watson, and Graham and Deborah Simcock.  He also leaves his aunts Natalie (Matthew) Everly, Kathy McCarthy, Pamela McCarthy, Desiree (Mickey) Pickett, Devon Watson, Elisabeth (Michael) Alexander, Sara (Marshall) Lillquist, Janet (Thomas) Lawrence, Jane Uber, Katie Broadhurst, Amy Broadhurst, uncles Matthew (Elena) Watson, John (Becky) Uber, Dr. Thomas (Chrissie) Watson, and many loving cousins and friends.

 In lieu of flowers and other remembrances, donations can be made in Nick's name to his  family to help with expenses.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday Dec 27, 2022, from 5pm to 8pm at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. A funeral service will also be held at the funeral home, on Wednesday Dec 28, 2022, at 12pm. Burial to take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
