Patricia Ann Kazlouskas

Cuyahoga Falls, Patricia Ann Kazloukas, 74, earned her angel wings on March 28, 2026. Patricia was a lady of many talents. She enjoyed many things from painting and drawing masterpieces to golf, cornhole and was even an avid pool player and would win most of the time. Pat had a very special place in her heart for helping take care of everyone whether they had two legs or four. Beauty was a thing that Pat loved, she not only painted on canvas, but she loved to garden. She truly saw beauty in all things. Pat retired from the Gardens of Western Reserve as the activities Director.

She was preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Mildred Kazlouskas; brother, Don; sister, Sherry (James) Albertson and best friend, Sharon Brown.

Left to cherish her memory, life partner, Ralph “Butch” Fichtner; nephew, James (Kelly) Albertson; niece, Jan (James) Choma, great nieces and nephews, Chris (Mary) Choma, Laurel (Ron) Bailey, Mike Choma, Elizabeth Choma; bonus daughter, Leigh Ann Vardeman; extended family, Sandie (Dave) Roginski; her furbabies, Tux and Boo; and many other family and friends.

There will be a memorial visitation on Tuesday April 7, 2026, from 4pm to 7pm at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, 44221.
