He was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus and held memberships in the Elks Lodge 1923, the Italian American Club, and the Eagles Aerie Club 2207. Additionally, he was actively involved with St. Joseph Catholic Church, where he served on the finance committee and was a dedicated usher at the 8 AM mass for decades.
Ray is survived by his daughter, Joyce Balint; sons James (Gina) Balint and Andrew Balint; daughter Julie (Matthew) Troxell; ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Judy Balint, and his son Mark Balint.
