Robert "Bob" C. Hastings

Cuyahoga Falls- Robert “Bob” C. Hastings, 83, passed away April 13, 2022. He was born Akron, grew up in Greensburg and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for over 50 years. Bob served his country in the U.S. Army going on to retire from Western Southern after 30 years of service.

Preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Helen Hastings, brother, Fred Hastings and granddaughter, Alexandra Hastings; he is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mae; children, Robert J. and Tina (Ron) Boorman; daughter-in-law, Julie Hastings; grandchildren, Katherine, Jacob, Joshua Boorman and Samantha Hastings; sister, Eileen (Chuck) Cowgar and Linda (Rad) Bethel; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to a 12-noon funeral service on Wednesday April 20, 2022, at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Rev.
