Rosemary Brady, nee Brislinger, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on November 28, 2025, after sharing a beautiful Thanksgiving with family.
Rosemary was born at home on May 20, 1939, to Matthew “Mack” & Eleanor Brislinger. She was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. She married the love of her life Richard “Dick” Brady on October 13,1962. Together, they created a home where love, hard work, & family were at the heart of everything. To her children, grandchildren, & great-grandchildren, she was a constant source of guidance, humor, & love.
A devout catholic, Rosemary was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. She worked for many years in the dental field & was an advocate & long-time volunteer parent for IHM, the Fire Fighters Auxiliary & Christ Child organizations.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, Mack & Eleanor, her stepmother Louise Brislinger, mother-in-law & father-in-law Charles F. Brady, Sr. & Catherine Brady, brother Joseph Brislinger, Sisters-in-law Kay Brislinger & Sheila Brady, brothers-in-law Robert Krantz, Charles Brady,& Kevin Brady & her devoted Aunt Mary & Uncle Roy Sloop who cared for her after the death of her mother, Eleanor.
Surviving are her devoted husband, Richard, her daughters, Colleen Cox (Pedro Beltran), Cathy Harget (Mike) Grandchildren, Amanda Nagle (Jon) & Conner Cox (Keely), great grandchildren, Brady & Nolan Cox. Her sister, Virginia “Ginny” Krantz, Brother, Thomas Brislinger, Sister-in-law Annette Brady, her “like a daughter” Debra DiPaola (Sam) their girls Victoria & Ella, & numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & cherished friends.
During her 11-year health challenge following her stroke Rosemary’s faith never wavered, & her courage & strength inspired everyone around her.
The family would like to express the deepest gratitude to the many devoted caretakers who gave Rosemary such fine care over the years & who she referred to as her “angels” especially Dana, Brit, Shaunti, Deb, JoAnn, Natasha, Diamond, Tiffany & the wonderful Cleveland Clinic team of home care providers, especially Laura & Jackie. She was blessed by every one of you.
Although the beaches of North Myrtle will never be the same without her, the memories she cherished with time spent there with her girls & their families will always remain. We will never see springtime the same again as the gardens begin to bloom & her hands are not there to work their magic. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, & kindness that will resonate with all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Family will be receiving friends & loved ones on December 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 AM. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery
