Rosemary “Bee Gee” Hoaglin, 99, passed away on November 18, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 10, 1925. She graduated high school in 1944 and graduated from Albion college in 1948. She was in a sorority and a captain of the field hockey team. Bee Gee was married to Robert (Bob Hoaglin) in 1948.
Duck Lake in Albion, Michigan held a special place in her heart. The cabin her husband Bob helped build in 1946 became a cherished family gathering place, creating generations of treasured memories. Bee Gee was a social butterfly and an avid garage sale enthusiast who touched the lives of everyone around her with her warmth, kindness, and infectious love for life.
A devout Catholic and charter member of Immaculate Heart of Mary, Bee Gee was known for her boundless generosity and social spirit. She was a cheerleading and softball coach with an extraordinary ability to connect with people. Her friends were countless, and her willingness to help others knew no bounds.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert "Bob" Hoaglin; her siblings; Rita, Mary Jane, Kate “twin”, Buddy and Jo.
Bee Gee will be missed by her 5 children; Sue Hoaglin, Ted (Kathy) Hoaglin, Mark (Pat) Hoaglin, Nancy (Ric) Miller and Mary (Dale) Ward); 11 grandkids; 23 great grandchildren and 4 great-greatgrandchildren.
On November 21, 2024, there will be a visitation from 10am to 11am and a Mass of Christian Burial following the visitation at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
