Vicki Lee Coldwell

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Vicki Lee (Eakin) Coldwell passed away on February 10^th, after an extended illness.

The beloved second daughter of William and Nancy Eakin (deceased), she had a sharp mind and sensitive soul from a young age.

She was a sister, aunt, and friend. Her most treasured title was Mom to Vanessa and Samantha. While she had many professional roles throughout her life she was an artist at heart. From watercolors and pastels to incredible quilting, Vicki’s creative nature shined in everything. Through the highs and lows of life she never lost her fierce independence, her kindness for lost souls, and her ability to find magic in everything.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Justine (Eakin) Vidmar, and her closest friend Millie Feiler.

She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa (Alfred) Abraham and Samantha Coldwell; her sisters, Patricia Walters, Elizabeth (Santiago) Lopez, Christine Olivo, Katherine (Mark) Julian, and Polly (Scott) Cunningham and two generations of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Summit County, 7996 Darrow Rd, Twinsburg, OH 44087, in her memory.

Per Vicki’s wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will receive visitors on February 26^th, 2022, from 10am to 11am at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls OH, 44221. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 11am.
